He provides professional, structured, faith-optional recovery coaching on a contract basis — giving your residents consistent human support without adding to your payroll.

Weekly Group Coaching Sessions — Structured 60–90 minute group sessions covering accountability, identity, purpose, trigger management, relationships, fatherhood, anger, and other themes drawn from Todd's proven 12-week curriculum. Sessions are available in both faith-integrated and universal (Higher Power) formats.
Individual Resident Coaching — One-on-one coaching sessions for residents who need more intensive personal support alongside the group program.
Family Coaching — Support for the family systems behind your residents, who often need their own guidance in parallel.
Intervention Support — For facilities working with families seeking to help a loved one enter treatment, Todd is trained in the ARISE gentle intervention model.
On-Call Crisis Support — Availability for residents navigating high-risk moments between scheduled sessions.
