Ralph Waldo Emerson

Maybe you've just walked out of a treatment facility, blinking in the sunlight, wondering what comes next. Or maybe you've been sober for a few years and something has quietly started pulling you back toward the edge. Or are you an executive with boardroom pressures and a calendar managed to the minute who can't fit in getting to meetings to work your program.
Maybe the people around you are relieved — but you're terrified, because you know yourself better than they do. That moment — the one where hope and fear are sitting right next to each other — is exactly where Todd meets you.
Recovery isn't a destination you arrive at and then relax. It's a daily decision, a practiced discipline, and sometimes an hourly battle. Todd knows this not from a textbook, but from his own life. He found sobriety at 47 after decades of chasing highs that only led to lower lows. He walked into his first AA meeting a stranger and walked out with something he hadn't felt in years: hope.
That's what he's offering you.
Todd is a certified recovery coach — not a therapist, not a sponsor, and not a program. He's something different: a consistent, trained, experienced human presence who walks alongside you in the real world, where recovery actually has to happen.
Recovery coaching lives in the space between clinical treatment and everyday life. A therapist helps you understand the roots of your pain. A sponsor shares the steps. Todd helps you build the life you're trying to stay sober for — one practical, accountable, purposeful day at a time.
What that looks like in practice:
Accountability — Regular check-ins that keep you honest with yourself and someone else. Not judgment. Honest, caring accountability from someone who has needed it himself.
Goal Setting & Life Skills — Recovery reveals a life that needs rebuilding. Career, relationships, finances, purpose, identity. Todd helps you set real goals and take real steps, even when it feels overwhelming.
Trigger Identification & Relapse Prevention — Together you'll map the terrain of your specific vulnerabilities and build a personal strategy for navigating them without losing ground.
On-Call Support — Life doesn't schedule its hard moments for business hours. Todd's clients have access to him when things get real.
Faith-Integrated Guidance — For those who want it, Todd brings a deeply personal faith perspective into the work. God played a central role in his own recovery, and he's honored to walk that road with clients who share that foundation. Christian faith-based coaching is encouraged but clients may opt to align with a higher power framework.
Seen. That's the word most of Todd's clients use first. Not managed. Not processed. Not handed a worksheet. Seen — by someone who has sat in the same darkness, made the same bargains with himself, and found a way to the other side.
The work is real. It requires honesty, commitment, and a willingness to be uncomfortable. But you don't carry it alone. Todd carries it with you — for as long as it takes.
Todd works one-on-one with men who are:
— Freshly out of detox or residential treatment and need structured support for what comes next
— Sober but struggling — white-knuckling it, feeling isolated, or slipping into old patterns
— At a crossroads in life — career, relationships, identity — and need someone to think it through with
— Seeking a faith-informed perspective on recovery and purpose
He also can assist and encourage family members of someone in addiction who need their own support and guidance
